International Trade law

The Australian Government Attorney-General's Department works closely with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in negotiating international trade agreements. The Department has a particular interest in areas such as dispute settlement, copyright, investment, legal services, e-commerce, transparency and the general drafting of these agreements.
